How many more years of complaining do you think it will take, before Citywest begin work on the adaptations I need? I requested transfer to a disabled property 5 years ago but there were none where I needed to live. So Citywest transferred us to current non adapted house, over 3 years ago now.

Take citywest to court + also do protests.

Don't Know - It already has been a very long wait. This level of service is bad for your health jo.
Begin to take citywest to court to do a 'Reasonable Adjustment' to their policies that block my adaptations.
First do protests with placards outside Citywest office.
