In spite of the fact that we have been holding our annual charity event for the kids at Shriners Hospitals for Children for 32 years now, the Montpelier city council has approved the farmers market permit to set up on State Street blocking our regular access to the State House. Someone, not us, changed our application and wants us to start around an hour and a half later. What are your thoughts?
