I am doing some research for my job! Please help! If you have to contact a business and have a simple question - do you think it would be easier to use a chat bot on the company web site or would you rather call in and talk to somebody?

If you need to transfer a lot of data back-and-forth I would use the chat feature on the wise I would call.
