Sometimes you start a book and you think of ending things prematurely. How do you decide when to abandon a book?

One chapter. I'm into it right away or I'm out.
About a third of the way. Say, 100 or 150 pages. If I am not in by then, it's not worth the trouble.
Whenever I lose interest. Could be 50 pages or 250 pages. I'm impulsive.
The bitter end. Ride or die.
