Finally, the biggest question of them all – what fuel do you run in your 4WD?

This wasn't close at any point — diesel opened above 70% on day one and stayed there for all 27 days, finishing with 2,909 votes, seven times the field's second choice. Premium unleaded, petrol/LPG and regular unleaded spent the entire poll fighting over the scraps, splitting roughly 26% between them while diesel never dipped under 69%.

The gender split explains why: among sampled diesel voters, men outnumbered women 87 to 14, a heavier lean than any other fuel type drew. Straight LPG and dedicated LPG barely registered, each under 1%, real outliers in a field where even diesel's closest rival never got within 60 points.
