Across 3,515 votes and 67 days, Azərbaycan Dövlət İqtisad Universiteti settled the question fast and stayed there — 44% on day one, 41% for the rest of the run, closing at 40.8% (1,434 votes). Qafqaz Universiteti finished second at 26.1%, with ADA Universiteti, Bakı Ali Neft Məktəbi and Xəzər Universiteti splitting what remained, none topping 16%.

The margin holds across borders too: Azerbaijan's 1,142 voters and Russia's 438 both favored the economics university, along with smaller blocs from the US and Estonia. Türkiye's 35 voters broke the pattern, favoring Qafqaz Universiteti instead — the poll's only real geographic split inside an otherwise one-sided result.
