Are reusable shopping bags made of synthetic material an acceptable alternative to single-use plastic bags? These products are at a much lower price point for consumers (50% or more less) than organic cotton, so are more likely to be afforded, save single use plastic, but are not made from natural materials. The jury is out, the question is asked. Please tell us! Are they an acceptable alternative to single use plastic bags?
