Who is Your Best How I Met Your Mother Character?
Community by Barney Stinson "When I get sad, I stop being sad and be awesome instead"
In a Facebook poll of 2,549 respondents, 83% chose “Barney Stinson”. How we count
Barney Stinson took 2,116 of 2,549 votes — 83% — and the share barely moved. Day 1 he sat at 84%. Day 49 he sat at 83%. In between, across every single day of the poll's run, his number never dropped below 82% or climbed past 86%. That's not a lead, it's a fixed constant.
Behind him, the real contest was for a distant second: Ranjit, Ted Mosby and Marshall Eriksen finished within half a point of each other, none cracking 5%. And it wasn't a local quirk — the top ten countries voting, from Australia and Sweden to the US, Hungary and India, all landed the same way. No region pulled a different answer.
- Locked-in margin · Barney's share stayed within a 4-point band for all 49 days
- Crowded also-rans · Ranjit, Ted and Marshall separated by under half a point
- Global agreement · Every one of the top 10 voting countries favored Barney
