Delhi NCR grabbed the lead on day one with 37% and never let go, cruising to a final 36% (6,249 votes) across all 139 days. No rival ever mounted a real challenge — Pune settled for a distant second at 14.2%, and the standings barely moved after the opening stretch.
The loudest split wasn't city vs city — it's men outvoting women roughly 10-to-1 in every single option, from Pune's 2,275 male votes to just 185 female. Canada, not India, drove the biggest vote block at 5,370 votes, also favoring Delhi NCR.
