A single percentage point decided the most selected reason for leaving Bosnia and Herzegovina. Criminal rule by Dodik, Čović and Bakir drew 294 votes, edging the lack of space for honest, hardworking and educated people on 273.
The field was exceptionally divided: the winner took only 14.1%, while six reasons exceeded 10%. The lead changed twice before the eight-day vote closed.
