Amarillo opened with a 58% lead on day one and never let go. Day after day the gap barely moved — hovering at 59-60% for the entire 230-day run, with zero lead changes recorded. It closed at 60.5% (3,752 votes) to Rojo's 39.5% (2,446), a runaway that looked settled before the first week ended.

The real fight was geographic. Chile, the United States, Costa Rica, Venezuela, El Salvador, Peru, Argentina and Honduras — eight of the ten biggest countries — all broke for Amarillo. Rojo's only strongholds were Guatemala and Bolivia, small pockets of resistance in an otherwise total sweep.

  • Wire-to-wire lead · Amarillo led on day 1 and every day after — no turning point.
  • 8 of 10 countries · Chile, US, Costa Rica and five more all favored Amarillo.
  • Rojo's last stand · Only Guatemala and Bolivia leaned Rojo among top countries.
  • Final margin · 3,752 to 2,446 — a 21-point spread across 6,198 votes.
