Which stunt driving technique do you find the most amazing?
by Car Town
In a Facebook poll of 2,515 respondents, 25.7% chose “2 wheels”. How we count
Six techniques split this field so evenly that the winner never escaped shouting distance. 2 wheels grabbed the lead on day 2 and held it for the next 20, but its margin barely moved — hovering in the high-20s the entire back half. A plurality, not a mandate: three out of four voters picked something else.
The undecided middle tells the real story. 90-degree slide and Reverse slalom finished within half a point of each other for second, while Ramp over another car trailed as the closest challenger for stretches of the middle days. Geography split clean: the U.S. and Canada rode with 2 wheels, while Portugal, Belgium, France, and Brazil all leaned toward the technical 90-degree slide.
- Weak Mandate · Winner took just 25.7% — a plurality, not a majority.
- Early Lock, No Movement · Lead flipped on day 2, then barely shifted for 20 days.
- Photo-Finish Runners-Up · 90-degree slide and Reverse slalom separated by 0.4 points.
- Continental Divide · US and Canada favored 2 wheels; Portugal, Belgium, France leaned the slide.
