Sambil Maracaibo topped the field with 466 votes, but that's a plurality carved out of 24 rival cinemas, not a mandate. Lider trailed at 10.4%, and from there the field disintegrates fast: seven venues bunched between 5-7%, then a long tail bleeding down to Metrocenter's 22 votes. No single cinema ever got close to a majority.

The shape was set almost immediately. Centro Sur held a one-day lead on pure early turnout, then Sambil Maracaibo overtook it on day 2 and the margin barely moved again — 15-17% over Lider for the next 14 days straight. And across nearly every cinema, women outvoted men better than 2-to-1, the one consistent signal in an otherwise scattered field.

• Plurality, not mandate · Winner took just 14% of 3,317 votes across 24 cinemas
• Locked in by day 2 · One lead change, then the same ~15% margin held for 14 days
• Long tail · Bottom eight cinemas combined for barely 9% of votes
• Women drove turnout · Female voters outnumbered men more than 2-to-1 overall
