Eagle Mushroom And Wild Food Festival

We are hoping to incorporate up to 18 wild mushrooms into our Grand Dinner on August 3rd. It is a 7 course meal which includes wine/beer pairings and also gratuity and tax. Which of these mushrooms have you eaten before?
