The opening vote produced two different leaders before JORGE LUIS RODRIGUEZ took control and built a lasting advantage. He finished with 361 votes and 32%, ahead of JOSEPH MAZA at 24% and ALBERT SIUL at 19.3%.
His support included 127 women and 234 men, a broader gender mix than JOSEPH MAZA, whose 271 votes came from 253 men and 18 women.
