Have West Lothian Council done enough to keep West Lothian moving during the current & recent bad weather of Nov/December 2010 ?

More snow is due and some schools are preparing material for GLOW. As a parent or student, do you or your child have successful access to GLOW ?

Should this community page be re-opened to allow 13yr olds + access once more.
