And now, it is YOUR turn to plan next week's HIIT session! Vote for your favorite workouts from the last 4 collaborative training sessions with Health Promotion Board's iRun, and we'll have a "Hot Favorites" HIIT next Monday! Multiple choices are allowed, so you may choose your favorites from the various categories! Hope you've enjoyed our HIITs so far! We'll consolidate all the workouts after next Monday so everyone can try them out at home. Looking forward to your votes! :))
