The Congress did away with the posts of “Sadar-e-Riyasat” and “Wazeer-e- Azam” in 1965. But it was Sheikh Abdullah who brought an amendment to Art. 368 of the Indian Constitution and made these terms PERMANENTLY IRREVERSIBLE. Can the JKNC still be trusted?
