Does Johnston County even have a need for a physical presence for the YMCA?

At present, there are YMCA programs (soccer, basketball, etc) in the area, but there is no true location like other counties have. With other options for after-school, swimming, fitness etc - Is there even a need for a YMCA building in Johnston County?
