What should the theme of our Annual Report be?

We are planning to host a training session with GALOP, the LGBT Anti-Violence Charity to train people on helping to report Hate crime and incidents?

So the objective Wellingborough Council are proposing is “Continue to promote equality through the provision of services that are fair and accessible to all” Do we think that this is specific and measurable?
