Majlis members are currently required to submit their asset declarations to Secretary General of the Majlis, and Judges to the Judicial Service Commission where 3 judges (one each from the Supreme Court and High Court, and one from the lower courts) sit. President, Cabinet Ministers, MP's and Judges are constitutionally required to submit their asset declarations. But there is no constitutional requirement for the Vice President of the Maldives to submit his asset declaration. Do you think this is a problem?
