Perro closed at 47.4% (2,844 votes), more than triple its nearest rival. Oso, Cocodrilo and Gato bunched tightly for the minor places at 14.9-15.7%, while Jabalí trailed the whole way with 7.1%. Mexico, Argentina and Venezuela all leaned Perro, but Spain broke ranks for Jabalí and the U.S. sided with Oso.
