Italia stayed on top throughout the 102-day poll and finished with 403 votes, or 37.5%—more than double Spain’s 178. Argentina and Brasile followed closely at 13.2% and 12.8%, keeping the rest of the field competitive behind the leader.

The gender split between the top two was notable: Italia drew 30 men and 12 women in the recorded breakdown, while Spain drew 35 men and four women. Italy was also the largest listed country bloc and leaned Italia.
