With the water crisis becoming worse by the day, we are trying to think of ways to make our business more water wise. Would you be against us serving all meals in biodegradable bowls/packing to cut back on water used for dishes?

Sweet potato fries (fried in sunflower oil) VS. Oven baked sweet potato chips in coconut oil. Which do you prefer? :)
