In a Facebook poll of 3,367 respondents, 59.7% chose “Fantastica”. How we count
Three votes in, "Fantastica" hit 54% and spent the next 156 days sliding only downward in one direction: toward its own floor. It opened above 60%, drifted slowly through the 60s, and settled at a final 59.7% — 2,011 votes deep, more than double every other option combined.
This wasn't a fight for first, it was a ceiling test: "Buona" banked a steady 26.4% (889 votes) as the clear runner-up, while "Scarsa," "Normale," and "Discreta" split the remaining scraps at 8.3%, 3.6%, and 2%. Italy anchored the result — 146 votes strong, tilted hard toward "Fantastica" — while the poll's small US contingent leaned the other way, toward "Buona."
- Floor, not a lead · 'Fantastica' never fell below 59.7% across 156 days
- Two-option race · 'Fantastica' and 'Buona' combined for 86% of all votes
- Italy vs. abroad · Italy favored 'Fantastica'; US voters leaned 'Buona' instead
