With 150 personal sites competing for 50 second-round slots, nobody came close to a majority. tarsusburada.com's Ali Ayhan finished on top with just 7.9% of 2,791 votes — 220 in total — after the lead swung four times in the opening 12 days before freezing solid for the remaining 27. His margin over hamiyazici.com: 24 votes, the gap between 7.9% and 7%.
But the country that cast the most ballots didn't back him. Türkiye supplied 1,761 votes — 63% of the field — and its plurality actually favored Hami Yazici's hamiyazici.com, the very site Ali Ayhan barely held off. The winner built his edge across smaller countries and scattered options, not by carrying the biggest voting bloc.
