Promote this poll: Yuderlquis Perez Gomez: So I have a friend who's arguing that Halloween would be over if the law said 'you are required to put your address inside of a ziplock baggy equipped with the candy you hand out for Halloween to children'. I personally think that would make trick or treating safer for both kids and people handing out the candy.
