Promote this poll: Aaron Brewer: If you provide a service and your time is very limited (most of the time), at what point would it be acceptable to cut someone off for a no show and/or not being properly prepared and requesting multiple reschedules? I often struggle with this question. I want to give people a chance, but some problem individuals are taking time away from other veterans due to their irresponsible and selfish behavior. I usually give an individual two chances. Is that not enough, or is it too much? Should I have a zero tolerance policy?
