Promote this poll: Michelle Hannaway: *Advice please* If you found plastic in your food, hard green plastic, whilst eating in a restaurant you often go to, send it back, receive a fresh dish to be told absolutely no plastic in that one.... Only to find more, have to spit it out as you near choked......the rest of your group have finished eating and you've lost your appetite. You get tea and coffee on the house after you suggest that would help ease your pain, of course not charged for the plastic dinners and then when you write a message to further say how disappointed you were, how concerning it was to find plastic etc. You receive a lovely email saying how sorry they were, to phone and book a table with them to be personally looked after by the manager and that a grand total of £20 would be taken off your next bill.....how would you feel? Delighted and go back yes? Or insulted and not go back no?
