Zoran Milanović won 43.8% of the vote, finishing 14 points ahead of Andrej Plenković. Their support came from different audiences: Milanović’s voters were 56% male, compared with 72% for Plenković.
Milanović also led in Croatia, which supplied 826 of the 1,206 votes. Plenković’s strongest listed country bloc was Russia, where voters leaned toward him.
