This wasn't close. Dalia Chih opened with 71% of day one's votes and never dipped below 62% the rest of the way, closing at 61.9% — 2,427 votes out of 3,922. The other three finishers combined for barely more than a third of the field.

The margin says organized support, not a fluke: Algeria alone cast 2,362 votes and leaned Dalia Chih, as did every top country except Canada and Mexico. Hors Ligne's 713 votes were the only other total that cracked four figures worth of relevance — everyone else fought for scraps.
