Votez pour l'artiste de l'année 2013

Kader Japonais didn't just win — he outvoted the entire rest of the field. His 1,887 votes beat Amel Zen, Nassim Djezma, and Kawtar's totals added together (1,759). Algeria supplied the bulk of it, over 2,000 votes strong, and stayed locked on Kader from day one through the final count.

Vietnam's 179 voters broke almost entirely for Amel Zen, joining the U.S. and AP region in bucking the trend — while France, Morocco, Canada, the U.K., Belgium, and Switzerland all fell in line behind Kader. Kawtar, meanwhile, never cracked 3% anywhere.
