Two real candidates split the field almost evenly — Sandiaga Uno and Yusril Ihza Mahendra finished 445 to 434, a 11-vote gap nobody would call decisive. But neither was ever close to winning: 'Lebih Baik Keduanya Duet Saja' — run them both together instead — opened at 75% on day one and closed at 71%, outpolling its two named rivals combined by better than 2-to-1 for the poll's entire 2-day run.
The margin held across every audience that showed up. Indonesia's 2,137 voters leaned the same way as smaller pools from the US, UK, Malaysia, and Japan — ten countries, one answer. Men outvoted women roughly 7-to-1 across all three options, so this wasn't a gender split; it was near-total consensus that the ballot itself was framed wrong.
