Ailie Judd led from day one, but her cushion kept shrinking — 34% down to 31% by day five. On day 7, Rebecca Cridford snatched the lead outright, 31% to Ailie's slot. It didn't last: Ailie retook the top spot on day 8 and held it through day 11, never again relinquishing it.
The finish was brutally tight — Ailie Judd's 3,864 votes beat Rebecca Cridford's 3,800 by just 64, with Alison Naftalin close behind at 28.8%. Catriona Forbes trailed the whole way at under 9%. The UK and US both broke for Ailie Judd, while smaller pockets — New Zealand, Romania, Uganda, Japan — leaned Alison Naftalin instead.
