Nowadays, most mobile phones have camera phones and internet access. If you are ever in a position where there is a potential news story e.g. conflicts, accidents, crimes, disasters etc... Would you be inclined to take some footage on your phone and post it to any Social Media Websites?

If it was safe and unintrusive, I would (I took pictures of a fire after checking with the Fires Service that no one was in danger and they had the situation under control, which then were shared by local news). If I thought it would in any way compromise the emergency services/resuce effort (or myself), or if people were hurt/distressed, then I wouldn't.
