Chary Nisce led a crowded 31-option San Fernando City council poll with 169 votes, just 10.1% of the 1,681 ballots. Ferdz Verzosa followed at 7.6%, while Rizalde Laudencia and Jessie Miranda tied at 6.8%.

The leading candidate stayed ahead throughout 29 days, but the numbers point to a fragmented field: the top five combined for only 37.6%.
