Simpson opened at 55% on day one and never let go — a wire-to-wire runaway across all 68 days, settling at 51.3% (7,848 votes) against Griffin's steady 40% (6,117). American Dad trailed the whole way, closing at just 8.7% (1,327), never threatening either front-runner.

Italy powered the vote (680 of the top-country tally alone) and leaned Simpson, while the U.S. echoed that preference. The real surprise sits in the numbers behind the numbers: men actually outvoted women for every option, but women broke hardest for Simpson — 277 female voters versus just 127 for Griffin and 35 for American Dad.

• Wire-to-wire lead · Simpson led every single day, 1 through 68, no changes.
• Erosion, not collapse · Simpson's margin slid from 55% early to 51% by the end.
• Gender split favors Simpson · Women picked Simpson over Griffin by more than 2 to 1.
• American Dad shut out · Stuck at 8.7% the entire race, never a real contender.
