Lauranne Mertens won the Miss Fashion vote with 20.4%, but only after a volatile contest that changed leaders seven times. Karen Op ’t Eynde finished just 1.3 points behind at 19.1%, while Magalie Torfs reached 14.7%.

The result was highly fragmented across 17 candidates. Belgium supplied the largest recorded country bloc and leaned toward Lauranne Mertens, who also drew 185 women and 142 men in the gender data.
