Then, with just four days left, the gap collapsed — and on day 37, Brian overtook it outright, riding a late US and UK surge to close the poll 16 points clear.

But clear of what? Brian finished with only 18.6% of 3,572 votes, in a field so split across ten options that no name ever built a real majority. Holy Knight Ale kept its edge in Canada, Poland and the Netherlands even as it lost the overall race, while Brian's US and UK bases — its two biggest vote pools — supplied the late votes that flipped it.
