Mr Mexico United Nations finished first with 24.5%, but the 25-option field produced no sweeping mandate. Mr Belize and Mr St Vincent & Grenadines followed at 17.4% and 16.8%.
The contest began with Mr Philippines, shifted to Mr St Vincent & Grenadines, then moved to Mexico. Greece supplied the largest country bloc and leaned toward Mr Greece United Nations, a different choice from the winner.
