What's your take on bringing back Saturday Morning Cycle at the YMCA at the City Market?

Would you rather have a HIIT class back at the lunch hour on Tuesdays/Thursdays, or keep BodyAttack?

Keep evening classes on Mon/Wed strictly strength based (BodyPump), or add 30 min. of cardio followed by 30 minutes of BodyPump?

Would 5:30 pm be a more ideal evening (after work) class time than 5:15 pm, Monday-Friday?
