Batman & Robin, A Noite Mais Densa and Sandman spent the whole stretch fighting each other for a distant second, splitting 51.7% of the vote three ways while Scott Pilgrim banked 37.9% solo.
The real story is what nobody else could do: six other titles combined for barely 10% of the vote, and not one voter tagged as a page fan showed up for Batman & Robin, A Noite Mais Densa, or six of the ten options. This was a fandom turning out early and staying put, not a race that tightened.
