Didn't see the horse on offer until after auction as I work fulltime and posts not always up night before:( That's why I have my awesome standy from shepp June 15 - possibly in foal but not. I don't like that most contracts specify 'lease' instead of purchase. I understand this is to protect the horse from ending back up at auction/other bad situation but I don't do leases for the same reason I don't co-own dogs or agree to puppy-back/breeder terms situations with my dogs. I don't mind a 'first right of return' clause in sales contracts but like my animals to be mine. — 0%
