3,730 votes over 155 days, and the margin barely twitched: No opened near 69% and closed at 67.8%, a one-point drift in five months of voting. There was no comeback to chart because there was never a gap to close — Yes topped out at 32.2% and stayed there.

The real split is who showed up on each side. Women broke nearly 40% for the $15 floor while men barely cleared 28% — the widest gap in the data. Geography backs it up: of the ten biggest countries voting, only Australia and New Zealand leaned Yes at all.

  • The Margin · No led 68-69% on every single one of 155 days
  • Gender Gap · Women: ~39% Yes. Men: ~28% Yes
  • Down Under Outlier · Australia and New Zealand were the only Yes-leaning countries
