Phoenix Botanical

We are excited to be in the planning stages of hosting regular patient meet-ups that will provide current and potential patients education, support and a connection to their community. We want to do our best to accommodate everyone, so we want to know a few things. Take this poll and let Phoenix Botanical know: What days, times and locations are you most likely to attend? Feel free to choose ALL the options that work for you! Thanks!

Phoenix Botanical is ready to get back in the swing of regular patient meetups! We hope to provide multiple options for dates and times, but we want to check with you first! If we held meetups in Champaign-Urbana, what time frame would you be most likely to attend? What day of the week works best for you? What location? Thank you!!!
