Milk took the overall crown with 47.5% to Dark's 37.9%, a gap that barely moved across 27 days. But zoom into the poll's biggest single country — the United States, its largest voting bloc — and the story flips: American voters leaned toward Dark, breaking from the option the rest of the poll favored.

That's a real split, not noise: US voters pulled one way while the broader pool, dominated by unlabeled and international ballots, pulled the other. Semi-Sweet, White, and the self-declared chocoholics trailed far behind, never threatening either frontrunner, leaving this as a genuine two-way, two-region contest.

  • US vs. everyone else · United States leaned Dark while the overall poll favored Milk.
  • Steady overall gap · Milk held roughly a 45% lead over Dark nearly every single day.
  • Non-fans dominate · Almost no voters were page fans — this was a stranger's vote.
