The first 11 days were pure chaos — the lead changed hands six times as Ferreira do Zêzere's Lago Azul, Arganil's Côja, Covilhã's Unhais da Serra, and Vieira do Minho's Ermal each grabbed the top spot in turn. Guarda's Valhelhas finally settled things, ruling for 29 straight days before Côja stormed back and held on for six more weeks.
Then, on day 82, everything flipped: Ourém's Agroal overtook Côja for good and never trailed again, closing with 321 votes (5.4%) over Côja's 269 and Penamacor's Benquerença at 264. The real surprise was buried in the fine print — Benquerença pulled 53 fan votes, dwarfing every other beach's handful and nearly rewriting the ending.
