RSUD Kotamobagu finished first with 284 votes, yet its 20.9% share left the 19-team field wide open. Bank Rakyat Indonesia followed with 221 votes, while Bank Mandiri reached 13.6%.
The top two also drew notably different audiences: RSUD’s voters were 32% male, compared with 56% for BRI. Indonesia supplied the overwhelming country bloc and leaned RSUD.
