We have tentative plans for the July 28th - 30th weekend as follows: Friday night beer garden, Saturday night casual dinner & games at Coopersmith's Poolside, Sunday Picnic (BYOE) & Tour of RMHS. I'm getting ready to book Coop's and have to put down a NON-REFUNDABLE deposit. We need at least 85 people to attend to make the numbers work. The dinner would include veggies, dips, breadsticks, pizza, wings, dessert, etc., and drinks would be on a "Cash Bar" basis. Our cost ($27-$30 per person) also includes the private room rental, pool tables, ping pong, shuffleboard, foosball, credit card processing fees, tax, and gratuity on the food, as well as the custodial costs for our Sunday event. As of now, there will be no advance cost for Friday night (just pay-as-you-go), so potentially, the whole weekend could be under $30 per person.
