Ralph Laureen E. Casaña finished with 507 votes and 48.4%, ahead of Del L. Ortojan’s 295. Del led during the opening stretch, but Ralph moved ahead by day 3 and steadily widened the final gap.
The result was overwhelmingly driven by the Philippines, where 984 identified voters leaned toward Ralph. The other two candidates remained close to 12% each.
